David is the founding partner of Interexco, a chartered accountancy and advisory firm. A qualified chartered accountant registered with the Paris and Tunis Bars, he is also a statutory auditor.
With over 15 years of experience supporting businesses, David has developed a 360° strategic vision of financial, legal and operational challenges — both in France and internationally. His broad and varied background allows him to anticipate the challenges faced by business leaders at every stage of their development.
To offer comprehensive and relevant advisory services, he has expanded his areas of expertise to include corporate finance (fundraising, external growth transactions) and wealth management — addressing both the professional and personal needs of his clients.
Within Interexco, David draws on his expertise in finance, strategy and corporate structuring to design bespoke solutions, always grounded in operational reality and aligned with his clients' ambitions.
Laurent is a partner at Interexco, overseeing wealth management and personal insurance. With nearly 30 years of experience, he supports business owners, senior executives and independent professionals in organising, securing and optimising their personal and professional assets.
His career, at the crossroads of finance, protection planning and strategic advisory, gives him a comprehensive and bespoke perspective on wealth management challenges. Whether anticipating succession, protecting the family unit or optimising tax efficiency, Laurent develops personalised solutions tailored to each client's objectives.

Gilles leads the development and management of Interexco's Advisory and Operational Support practice.
With 15 years of experience in management consulting, Gilles previously held the position of Project Director at Sia Partners, where he played an active role in developing the Financial Services and Insurance practices. He also brings significant experience in corporate finance, audit and transfer pricing.
Within Interexco, he draws on his consulting expertise and his keen understanding of clients' needs and challenges to deliver tailored, impactful solutions.
With over 6 years of experience in payroll, Blandine plays a central role in managing the payroll and HR administration for a wide range of clients. As Payroll Manager, she oversees the production of payslips and social security declarations with rigour and responsiveness, across multiple collective bargaining agreements.
Blandine stands out for her commitment to client service and her ability to build lasting relationships based on trust. Her personalised support, attentive listening and thorough command of the regulatory environment allow clients to approach payroll and HR administration with complete peace of mind.
With a background combining academic excellence and hands-on experience, Jonathan Wormser is the co-founder and managing director of 123 Soleil, a company specialising in the nearshoring of accounting, tax and finance functions from Tunisia. A graduate of ESCP Business School and a former investment banking professional, he co-founded 123 Soleil alongside David Abastado to offer chartered accountancy firms a concrete response to the talent shortage challenges facing the French market.
As a key partner of Interexco, Jonathan plays a central role in recruiting and placing qualified professionals, from junior collaborators through to senior reviewers.

A seasoned accounting professional, Patrick Tharsis brings over 35 years of experience serving businesses, both in-house and in practice.
After fifteen years working as a sole accountant within a company, he joined a firm in 2001 as a Senior Accountant, a position he held for fifteen years. This period allowed him to build deep expertise across a broad range of accounting, tax and financial matters.
In 2016, he joined Interexco as a Senior Manager. In this role, he oversees complex, high-stakes client files, supervises team work, ensures quality control and provides personalised support to his clients.
An experienced Chief Accountant with over 16 years in the profession, Ramzi El Hadji oversees accounting operations at Interexco Tunisia.
A specialist in year-end closings, tax declarations and digitalisation processes, he is known for his rigour, organisational skills and leadership. His varied experience across demanding environments makes him a key contributor in supporting businesses in their financial performance.
Ahmed heads the Interexco Saint-Denis office, a space designed to provide personalised, local support to small businesses, tradespeople, retailers and entrepreneurs in the area.

He joined Interexco in 2024 as a Senior Manager in Paris, where he manages a portfolio of complex client files, overseeing account reviews, supervising team work, ensuring the quality of deliverables and meeting regulatory deadlines.
Thami stands out for his rigorous and pedagogical approach, focused on providing tailored support to business owners. He pays particular attention to the clarity of financial information and to the ability of management tools to inform and guide decision-making.
